Organization

Ketz & Associates, Inc. has been representing manufacturers to the retail market for over thirty years.

Our permanent showroom is located in the Minneapolis Gift Mart at 10301 Bren Road West, Suite 122, Minnetonka, Minnesota 55343. It occupies two spaces and is approximately 1500 square feet. The Minneapolis Gift Mart has six shows annually. We participate in these shows as well as other regional shows throughout the year.

Our office is located at 6468-B City West Parkway, Eden Prairie, Minnesota 55344 and is open regular business hours weekdays 8:30am to 5pm CST. It is staffed with customer service personnel, sales coordinator, key account manager and other sales support staff. The office is fully automated with computers, high speed internet connections, facsimile machines and toll free telephone service.

Currently we have a customer base of nearly 2000 acoounts which include gift, toy, doll, educational, museum, garden, hobby, floral, school supply, mail order, premium, department stores, drug store, specialty stores of all types and major mass market accounts.
